ထုိင္​းႏုိင္​ငံရဲ ဆုိင္​ကယ္​စတန္​႔ဘုရင္​ ျမန္​မာျပည္​သား ကုိေနာင္​အေၾကာင္​း

လူေပါင္းမ်ားစြာက ေအာ္ဟစ္အားေပးေနၾကတယ္။ သူ ႏွစ္သက္ျမတ္ႏိုးလြန္းတဲ့ စီးေတာ္ယာဥ္ကို ကြၽမ္းက်င္ပိုင္ႏိုင္စြာ စီးနင္း ျပသေနတဲ့ လႈပ္ရွားမႈေတြက ျမန္ဆန္လြန္း တယ္။ စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားစရာ ေကာင္းလြန္းလွတယ္။

ႏိုင္ငံတကာ ဆိုယ္ကယ္စတန႔္ၿပိဳင္ပြဲ ေတြမွာ ခ်န္ပီယံဆုနဲ႔ အျခားဆုတံဆိပ္ေပါင္း မ်ားစြာကို ပိုင္ဆိုင္ထားတဲ့သူတစ္ေယာက္ ျဖစ္ တာနဲ႔အညီ ပရိသတ္ရဲ႕ ၾသဘာသံညံေလာက္ ေအာင္ သူ႔ရဲ႕အင္ဂ်င္ပါဝါျမင့္ ဆိုင္ကယ္ကို အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ေမာင္းႏွင္စီးနင္းျပလိုက္တယ္။
ဒီဇင္ဘာလ အေစာပိုင္း ညေနခင္း တစ္ခုရဲ႕ မႈိင္းျပျပ ေနျခည္အလင္းေရာင္ေအာက္ မွာ ကမာၻ႔အဆင့္မီ ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ျပကြက္ ပုံစံမ်ိဳးစုံကို ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံကေန မႏၲေလးၿမိဳ႕အထိ လာေရာက္စီးနင္းျပသတဲ့ ကမာၻ႔အဆင့္မီ ဆိုင္ ကယ္စတန႔္ကစားသမားဆိုသူက ျပည္ပေရာက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားတစ္ဦး ျဖစ္ေနတာပါပဲ။

သူ႔အမည္က ကိုေနာင္ပါ။ ျပည္ပ ႏိုင္ငံက စတန႔္ေလာကမွာ Stunter Ko ဆိုတဲ့အမည္ကို လူသိပိုမ်ားပါတယ္။ကိုေနာင္ဟာ သူရဲ႕ ခႏၶာကိုယ္ကို ေမွာက္ခုံပုံသဏၭာန္ အေနအထားျဖင့္ ဦးေခါင္း ကို ဖင္ထိုင္ခုံေပၚမွာ ငိုက္တင္မထားၿပီး ဆိုင္ကယ္ ရဲ႕လက္ကိုင္ႏွစ္ဖက္ကို သူ၏ ဘယ္ညာေျခ ေထာက္တစ္ေခ်ာင္းစီျဖင့္ ဖမ္းထိန္းထား၍ လက္ႏွစ္ဖက္ကို ေနာက္ေက်ာမွာကပ္ထားကာ ဆိုင္ကယ္ကို စက္ဝိုင္းပုံစံ လွည့္ပတ္ေမာင္းႏွင္ စီးနင္းျပလိုက္ပါတယ္။

”TV မွာပဲ ၾကည့္ဖူးတယ္။ အခုလို စတန႔္ျပကြက္ေတြကို အျပင္မွာ ၾကည့္ရဖို႔မလြယ္ ဘူး”လို႔ လက္ခုပ္တီးအားေပးသူတစ္ဦးက ေဘးနားမွာရွိေနတဲ့ သူငယ္ခ်င္းကို စကားဆို လိုက္ တယ္။ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ ပတၱရားၿမိဳ႕မွာ ေနထိုင္တဲ့ ကိုေနာင္ကို မႏၲေလးၿမိဳ႕မွာ က်င္းပ တဲ့ ေမာ္ေတာ္ဆိုင္ကယ္ ကလပ္အသင္းမ်ား ေတြ႕ဆုံပြဲ မွာ ဆိုင္ကယ္ခ်စ္သူ၊ စတန႔္ခ်စ္သူမ်ားနဲ႔ ေတြ႕ဆုံ ႏိုင္ဖို႔ ဖိတ္ၾကားခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ လာေရာက္ခဲ့သူပါ။

”ဘဝရဲ႕ အမွတ္ရစရာေတြထဲ တစ္ခု ထပ္တိုးရျပန္ေပါ့။ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ပထမဆုံး အမိေျမ မွာျပတဲ့ပြဲ(ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္)အျပင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ ရဲ႕ဆိုင္ကယ္ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္မွာ ပထမဆုံးက်င္းပတဲ့ Mandalay Bike Week ပြဲနဲ႔အတူ ဆင္ ႏႊဲရျခင္းပါ”လို႔ သူ႔ရဲ႕လူမႈကြန္ရက္စာမ်က္ႏွာ မွာ ေရးသားခဲ့တယ္။ ကိုေနာင္က ဆိုင္ကယ္ေမာင္းႏွင္ခြင့္ ကန႔္သတ္ထားတဲ့ ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္ရန္ကုန္က။ အသက္ က ၃၄ႏွစ္။ ခႏၶာကိုယ္က်စ္က်စ္၊ အသားျဖဴ ျဖဴ၊ အရပ္အေမာင္းမနိမ့္မျမင့္နဲ႔ အၿမဲၿပဳံးေန တတ္တယ္။ မိဘက ဝန္ထမ္းျဖစ္တာမို႔ တာဝန္ က်ရာ နယ္ၿမိဳ႕ေတြမွာ လွည့္လည္ေနထိုင္ရတယ္။

ရန္ကုန္ ဆရာအတတ္သင္ သိပၸံ ေက်ာင္း (TTC) က ၁ဝတန္းေအာင္ခဲ့သလို အေဝးသင္တကၠသိုလ္မွာလည္း ဒုတိယႏွစ္ အထိ တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့တယ္။

စတန႔္သမားျဖစ္လာဖို႔ အစျပဳျခင္း

တကယ္ေတာ့ ကိုေနာင္အေနနဲ႔ ေအာင္ ျမင္တဲ့ စတန႔္သမားတစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ လာတာက ”မ႐ြယ္ဘဲ ေစာ္ကဲမင္းျဖစ္” ဆိုသလို အျဖစ္ပါ။ တစ္ဦးတည္းေသာ သားလည္းျဖစ္၊ Óဏ္လည္းေကာင္းသူမို႔ ဖခင္က ပညာေရးမွာ ထြန္းေပါက္ေစလိုတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္လည္း ထိုင္း ႏိုင္ငံ ဗ််ကာစအငသည ကညငလနမ်ငအပ မွာ ဘက်ငညန်် ာေညေါနာနညအ (စီးပြားစီမံ) ဘာသာရပ္နဲ႔ပညာ သင္သြားခဲ့ျခင္းက အခုလိုထူးခြၽန္တဲ့ဆိုင္ကယ္ စတန႔္သမားတစ္ေယာက္ ျဖစ္လာဖို႔ အေၾကာင္း ဖန္ခဲ့သလိုပါ။

ထိုင္းမွာေက်ာင္းတက္ရင္း ရလာတဲ့ မုန႔္ဖိုးကိုစုကာ ကားဝယ္စီးဖို႔ မတတ္ႏိုင္တာ ေၾကာင့္ ဆိုင္ကယ္ဝယ္စီးခဲ့တယ္။ ဆိုင္ကယ္ဝယ္ တဲ့ အခ်ိန္မွာ ဂီယာေတာင္ မထိုးတတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ အျဖစ္။ ”ပထမေတာ့ ေက်ာင္းတက္ရင္း အ ေပ်ာ္ကစားတယ္။ ေနာက္ေတာ့ ဒီကစားနည္း အေပၚ ႐ူးသြပ္သြားခဲ့တယ္”လို႔ ကိုေနာင္က ေျပာတယ္။

အရင္ ေက်ာင္းစတက္ေနစဥ္ကာလ အားတဲ့အခ်ိန္ဆိုရင္ ဟိုဟိုဒီဒီေလ်ာက္သြား ေနခဲ့ၿပီး ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ကို စိတ္ဝင္စားလာ တဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ စားလည္း ဒီစိတ္ အိပ္လည္း ဒီစိတ္ ျဖစ္လာတယ္။ ညအိပ္ခ်ိန္ေရာက္ၿပီဆိုလည္း စတန႔္ စီးတာကို ေနာက္တစ္ဆင့္တက္ဖို႔ ဘယ္လို ကစားမလဲဆိုတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းကိုပဲ စဥ္းစားေန မိ တယ္။

ေအာင္ျမင္တဲ့ စတန႔္သမားတစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ ေနာက္ကြယ္

ဝါသနာပါတဲ့ ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ သမား တစ္ေယာက္အျဖစ္ ရပ္တည္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ႀကိဳး စားဖို႔ ဆုံးျဖတ္လိုက္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာေတာ့ ကိုေနာင္ တစ္ေယာက္ ပညာေရးခရီးကို ဆုံးခန္းတိုင္ ေအာင္ မသြားႏိုင္ခဲ့ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ ပညာေရးမွာ ထူးခြၽန္ေစလိုသူ ဖခင္ျဖစ္သူက စတန႔္သမား ဘဝကို ခံယူလိုက္တဲ့သားျဖစ္သူကို လ်စ္လ်ဳရႈ ပစ္ပယ္ထားျခင္းကိုလည္း ခံခဲ့ရတယ္။
ဝမ္းနည္းမိတဲ့ ခံစားမႈကို ခံယူခ်က္ အတြက္ ခြန္အားအျဖစ္ အသုံးခ်ခဲ့ၿပီး ေရာက္ ေနတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံမွာက ျမန္မာဆို အထင္ေသးခ်င္တဲ့ စိတ္ကိုလည္း ေတြ႕ရသည္မို႔ မခံခ်င္စိတ္နဲ႔ ကိုေနာင္တစ္ေယာက္ ႀကိဳးစားခဲ့ရတယ္။

ဘာသာစကား အခက္အခဲေၾကာင့္ လည္း ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံေရးအပိုင္းမွာ အ ဆင္မေျပတဲ့အတြက္ တစ္ေယာက္တည္း တစ္ ကမာၻတည္ၿပီး ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ ျပကြက္ေတြကို တစ္ကိုယ္တည္း ႀကိဳးစားေလ့လာ ကစားခဲ့ရ တယ္။ စတန႔္ပညာကို သင္ေပးမယ့္သူမရွိတဲ့ သူ႔အတြက္ အင္တာနက္(့အကဘန)ကေန ေလ့ လာၿပီး အိပ္မက္ကို အသက္သြင္းေနခဲ့ရတယ္။

ဆိုင္ကယ္နဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ဘာကိုမွ နားမလည္ခင္ စမ္းတဝါးဝါးနဲ႔ ကစားခဲ့ရစဥ္မွာ ဒဏ္ရာေတြလည္း အမ်ားႀကီးရခဲ့ဖူးၿပီ။ ထူးခြၽန္ တဲ့ စတန႔္သမားတစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ဖို႔ အခ်ိန္အ ၾကာႀကီး ေပးဆပ္ခဲ့ရသလို မ်ားျပားလွတဲ့အခက္ အခဲေတြကိုလည္း ရင္ဆိုင္ျဖတ္သန္းခဲ့ရတယ္။”လြယ္လြယ္နဲ႔ ထိုင္းစတန႔္ ခ်န္ပီယံ ဘြဲ႕ကို ရရွိခဲ့ျခင္းေတာ့ မဟုတ္ခဲ့ရပါဘူး”လို႔ ကိုေနာင္က ေျပာတယ္။

ဆိုင္ကယ္ ပ႐ိုစတန႔္ကစားသမား (ဏမစ္န််ငသေညဴ) အျဖစ္ အစေကာင္းခဲ့တဲ့ ၂ဝ၁၁ ခုႏွစ္။

၂ဝဝ၉ ခုႏွစ္မွာ ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ကို ကို အေလးထားကာ စတင္ေလ့လာကစားၿပီး ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံေနရာအႏွံ႔က ပ႐ိုဖက္ရွင္နယ္စတန႔္ သမားေတြ ဝင္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ၾကတဲ့ ၂ဝ၁၁ ခုႏွစ္ ်အကညအ ုႈျြ(္မနန ်အပူန ခူေ််) ၿပိဳင္ပြဲမွာ စတန႔္ကစားသမား(ဏမသ္န််ငသေညဴ)အျဖစ္ ပထမ ဆုံး စတင္ဝင္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ခဲ့ ပါတယ္။စတင္ၿပိဳင္ဝင္တဲ့ ၂ဝ၁၁ခုႏွစ္ ်အကညအ ုႈျြ ၿပိဳင္ပြဲမွာပဲ ခ်န္ပီယံဆုကို ဆြတ္ခူးရယူႏိုင္ခဲ့ သလို အျခားပြဲစဥ္တစ္ခုမွာလည္း ဒုတိယဆုရ ခဲ့ေတာ့ စၿပိဳင္တဲ့ႏွစ္မွာပဲ ဆုႏွစ္ဆုရရွိခဲ့တယ္။ ႏွစ္တိုင္းလိုလို ဝင္ေရာက္ၿပိဳင္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ က ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ၿပိဳင္ပြဲတိုင္းမွာ ခ်န္ပီယံဆု ရရင္ရ၊ ခ်န္ပီယံမဟုတ္ေတာင္ ဆုတစ္ဆုက ေတာ့ သူ႔အတြက္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

အျမင့္ဆုံးဝင္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ၿပိဳင္ပြဲကေတာ့ ဂင္းနစ္ (ကမာၻ႔စံခ်ိန္တင္ မွတ္ တမ္းတင္) ၿပိဳင္ပြဲပါ။ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံက အျမင့္ဆုံးျဖစ္ တဲ့ တာဝါ ( အထပ္ျမင့္ အေဆာက္အဦး)ကို ဆိုင္ကယ္နဲ႔ အျမန္တက္တဲ့ပြဲမွာလည္း ႏိုင္ငံ တကာက ကစားသမားေတြနဲ႔ ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ၿပီး တတိယေနရာကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားတစ္ဦး အေနနဲ႔ ဂုဏ္ယူဖြယ္ရယူႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ မိတၳီလာၿမိဳ႕က လူငယ္ ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္သမား တစ္ဦးျဖစ္တဲ့ ကိုဟန္ လင္းေအာင္က ”ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို႔ ေလးစားအားက် ရတဲ့ အစ္ကိုႀကီးတစ္ေယာက္ပါ”လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။

အခုခ်ိန္မွာ ထိုင္းကလူငယ္ေတြရဲ႕ ခ်စ္ခင္အားက်ရတဲ့ ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္သမား တစ္ဦးျဖစ္လာခဲ့ၿပီး အခုလို ျပည္ပႏိုင္ငံတစ္ခု မွာေအာင္ျမင္မႈရဖို႔ဆိုတာ လြယ္ကူတဲ့ျဖစ္စဥ္ တစ္ခုေတာ့ မဟုတ္ခဲ့ဘူးလို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။စတန႔္ကစားသမားတစ္ေယာက္ဟာ က်န္းမာရမယ္၊ ႀကံ့ခိုင္ရမယ္၊ ဇြဲလုံ႔လ ဝိရိယ ႀကီမားရမယ္၊ ယုံၾကည္ခ်က္ပန္းတိုင္ ရွိရမယ္၊ အားကစားစိတ္ဓာတ္ရွိရမယ္၊ စိတ္ေကာင္း ရွိရမယ္။ ရဲရင့္စြန႔္စားလိုသူေတြ ခုံမင္ၾကတဲ့ အားကစားနည္းတစ္ခုလို႔ လူငယ္စတန႔္ကစား သမားေတြက ခံယူၾကတယ္။

ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ ဆိုတာက အခန႔္မ သင့္ရင္ အသက္နဲ႔ ခႏၶာကိုယ္ကိုပါ ဒုကၡေပး ႏိုင္တဲ့ အႏၲရာယ္ အရမ္းမ်ားတဲ့ကစားနည္း တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ႀကိဳတင္ကာကြယ္မႈအ ပိုင္းမွာ အနည္းဆုံး အရည္အေသြးျမင့္ ဆိုင္ ကယ္စီးဦးထုပ္ကိုေဆာင္း၍ ကစားေစခ်င္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက စတန႔္လူငယ္ အတြက္ စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္စိတ္နဲ႔ ေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ စတန႔္ေလာကမွာ သူတို႔ အခ်င္းခ်င္းၾကား ေျပာတဲ့ ေဆာင္ပုဒ္တစ္ခုကို ကိုေနာင္က အခုလို ႐ြတ္ျပပါတယ္။

”ျဥ ံႏူာနအ , ၾသ ြၽန်စနခအ” (ဆိုင္ကယ္ ဦးထုပ္မေဆာင္းလွ်င္ ေလးစားမႈမရွိ)ပါ။အမ်ားျပည္သူ စိတ္အေႏွာင့္အယွက္ ျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ လမ္းေတြေပၚမွာ ဆိုင္ကယ္ စတန႔္ကစားျခင္းကို ကန႔္ကြက္စကားဆိုခဲ့ၿပီး စတန႔္ကစားသမား လူငယ္ေတြအေနနဲ႔ စည္း ကမ္းရွိရွိ ကစားသင့္သလို ကစားသမားအခ်င္း ခ်င္း စည္းလုံးညီၫြတ္မႈရွိဖို႔ လိုအပ္တယ္လို႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက စတန႔္လူငယ္ေတြကို အျပဳသ ေဘာေဆာင္တဲ့ ရည္ၫႊန္းစကားပါးခဲ့ပါတယ္။

”ကစားကြင္းမရွိလို႔ လမ္းေပၚတက္ ကစားတယ္ဆိုတာ ေကာင္းတဲ့အေၾကာင္းျပ ခ်က္ေတာ့ မဟုတ္ဘူး”လို႔ ကိုေနာင္ကေျပာ ပါတယ္။ ထိုင္းလို ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးေနတဲ့ႏိုင္ငံမွာေတာင္ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္တစ္စုခန႔္မွာ ကိုေနာင္အပါအဝင္ ထိုင္းလူငယ္အခ်ိဳ႕ ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ကစားနည္း ကို စတင္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္စဥ္အခ်ိန္က ဆိုင္ကယ္ ေရွ႕ဘီးေထာင္ရင္ လမ္းသူရဲသတ္မွတ္ခံခဲ့ရ တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ ကိုယ့္ဘာသာကိုယ္ ကြင္းရွာၿပီး ေအာင္ျမင္မႈရဖို႔အတြက္ ႀကိဳးစားကစားခဲ့ ရတဲ့အေၾကာင္း ရွင္းျပပါတယ္။

ဆိုင္ကယ္စတန႔္ကစားနည္းကို အစိုးရ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းေတြနဲ႔ ျပည္သူမ်ား စိတ္ဝင္တစား အားေပးတဲ့ အားကစားတစ္ရပ္အေနနဲ႔ ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံမွာ ေပၚထြန္းလာေစဖို႔ ညီငယ္စတန႔္သမား ေတြအေနနဲ႔ ႀကိဳးစားသင့္တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက ထူးခြၽန္တဲ့လူငယ္ ကစားသမားေတြထဲကေန စည္းကမ္းရွိမယ္။ အက်င့္စာရိတၱလည္းေကာင္းၿပီး စတန႔္ပုံရိပ္ကို ျမႇင့္တင္ႏိုင္မဲ့သူေတြကို သူ႔အေနနဲ႔ လက္တြဲ ေခၚယူ ကူညီေပးသြားဖို႔ အသင့္ရွိေနခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သူ႔ဆႏၵကေတာ့ ျမန္မာစတန႔္လူငယ္ေတြကို ႏိုင္ငံတကာၿပိဳင္ပြဲေတြမွာ ဝင္ေရာက္ကစားၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံဂုဏ္ ျမႇင့္တင္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ စြမ္းေဆာင္ျပ ႏိုင္တဲ့သူေတြ ျဖစ္ေစခ်င္ခဲ့တာပါ။

ကိုေနာင္ အေနနဲ႔ ၁ဝစုႏွစ္တစ္ခုအ ၾကာ ဆိုင္ကယ္ကစားၿပီးေနာက္ ၂ဝ၁၅ခုႏွစ္ ေနာက္ပိုင္းကစၿပီး ၿပိဳင္ပြဲေတြမွာ ဝင္ေရာက္ ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ျဖစ္တာ နည္းပါးလာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ထိုင္း ႏိုင္ငံမွာ ပထမဆုံးစတန႔္ စလုပ္တဲ့အဖြဲ႕အ စည္းမွာ ပါဝင္ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ စတန႔္ေလာကမွာ အထင္ကရရွိသူတစ္ဦးအျဖစ္ ထိုင္းမွာလုပ္တဲ့ စတန႔္ပြဲေတြမွာ ပါဝင္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ေနသူပါ။
ဖခင္ျဖစ္သူကလည္း ဆိုင္ကယ္ စတန႔္ၿပိဳင္ပြဲေတြ ထဲထဲဝင္ဝင္ ပါဝင္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ ကာ ခ်န္ပီယံဆုေတြနဲ႔ အျခားဆုတံဆိပ္ေတြ မ်ားစြာ ဆြတ္ခူးႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံဆိုင္ကယ္ စတန႔္ေလာကမွာ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳခံႏိုင္ရ ေလာက္ေအာင္ မဆုတ္မနစ္ ႀကိဳးစားခဲ့တဲ့ သားျဖစ္သူရဲ႕ ဝါသနာနဲ႔ လုပ္ငန္းအေပၚ နားလည္မႈ ရွိသြားခဲ့ပါၿပီ။
